Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching licensure or certification

- Creative instructional skills to adapt materials for various learning abilities
- Excellent collaboration skills for working with staff, parents, and support teams
- Effective classroom management focused on positive reinforcement and student growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student needs
- Differentiate instruction, modify curriculum, and create engaging classroom activities
- Track student progress, conduct assessments, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school-based professional development
- Foster a nurturing, supportive environment where every learner feels valued
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal Special Education regulations
