• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience or strong interest in K-5 resource or special education support
• Proficiency with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Familiarity with inclusive educational practices and differentiated instruction
• Strong ability to collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role responsibilities:
