What youll need to bring:

• Active Texas DOE Certification in Special Education
• Ability to promptly complete Texas fingerprinting requirements, if not already finalized
• Demonstrated success supporting students with autism and/or significant behavioral needs
• Flexibility to work at one school per assignment with a consistent, full-time schedule
• Passion for advocating for and supporting diverse learners

Role responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized and group instruction to students in Special Education
• Collaborating with school teams and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Establishing a supportive classroom environment tailored to a range of learning and behavioral needs
• Managing documentation, records, and progress monitoring as required by state standards
• Taking an active role in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
