This contract opportunity focuses on individualized instruction, allowing you to work with students in small groups or one-on-one settings, providing support in core subjectswith a particular emphasis on mathand helping students reach their fullest potential.

You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to develop and implement effective IEPs, adapting lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student and grade level. Your expertise will provide critical guidance and intervention to learners across elementary, middle, and high school environments, including early childhood and preschool settings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential
• Experience with a wide variety of grade levels: Pre-K, K5, 68, and 912
• Confident in teaching math and adapting lessons for various learning styles
• Familiarity creating, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive learning space for all students
• Organization, patience, and creativity in educational approaches

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction to students in general and special education settings
• Assess academic and social needs; develop intervention strategies as necessary
• Utilize data-driven practices to track student progress and inform instruction
