In this unique onsite assignment, youll split your expertise between supporting high school special education students in the morning and serving as an elementary Behavior Intervention Specialist in the afternoon. Working alongside passionate educators, youll engage with diverse teaching methods and leadership approachesboosting your growth and expanding your rsum with meaningful, varied experiences. What You Need to Succeed:
- Active Minnesota Teaching License
- Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota teaching license for Special Education Teachers
- Ability to provide a current resume and Minnesota teaching license for submission
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Support high school special education classrooms each morning
- Serve as a consultant for elementary behavior intervention services in the afternoons (no individual caseload)
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective student behavior plans
- Foster a positive, supportive learning environment across grade levels
