Qualifications:
- Valid MN Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or 4 required)
- License in Special Education
- Previous experience in elementary special education highly desirable
- Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
- Able to work onsite, full-time (Monday through Friday), 37.5 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and case management for resource-level elementary special education students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff
