Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or 4 required)
- Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher, with a focus on Emotional/Behavioral Disorders preferred
- Strong ability to support and inspire elementary-age students
- Commitment to collaborative, innovative educational practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as an onsite Emotional Behavior Disorder Center-Based teacher for grades K-5
- Deliver high-quality, inclusive special education services tailored to individual student needs
- Implement evidence-based strategies to foster student growth, engagement, and resiliency
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
