Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Minnesota (MN) Special Education Teacher Certification (Tier 3 or 4)
- Experience supporting students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) is highly valued
- Availability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week (includes a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and behavioral management skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and readily engage in professional exchanges
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to middle school students with EBD as part of an engaged, multidisciplinary team
- Implement IEPs and contribute to their ongoing development
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to encourage student success and facilitate social/emotional growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in regular team meetings
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $39.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
