Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Minnesota (MN) Special Education Teacher Certification (Tier 3 or 4)
  • Experience supporting students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) is highly valued
  • Availability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week (includes a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and behavioral management skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and readily engage in professional exchanges

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to middle school students with EBD as part of an engaged, multidisciplinary team
  • Implement IEPs and contribute to their ongoing development
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies to encourage student success and facilitate social/emotional growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in regular team meetings
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
