Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota special education teaching license required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective instruction tailored to students IEP goals and learning styles
• Assess student progress and update IEPs as needed, ensuring ongoing compliance and meaningful outcomes
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress, challenges, and successes
• Maintain accurate and timely records pertaining to student needs and services
• Foster a positive atmosphere where students feel safe, respected, and empowered
