Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching license (required)
• Demonstrated experience teaching students with significant behavioral or developmental disabilities preferred

• Ability to collaborate closely with colleagues, related service providers, and families
• Adaptability, patience, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instructional and behavioral interventions in a Setting 4 environment
• Track student progress, document data, and report outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies and supports
