Key Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Special Education License
• Certified in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Previous experience working with students with autism, especially in early elementary grades, is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Commitment to individualized instruction tailored to meet the needs of each student

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized education programs (IEPs) for elementary students with autism
