Key Requirements:

  • Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
  • Prior experience in special education classrooms, preferably working with students with autism or developmental delays
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and instructional adaptation skills
  • Ability to follow educational plans and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Submission of both MN Special Education Teacher license and current resume is mandatory for consideration

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time contract assignment following the school calendar (MondayFriday)
  • Hours: 37.5 per week
  • Start date: August 31, 2026; End date: June 10, 2027
  • Located within the elementary-level "Ready, Set, Launch" program, supporting elementary-age learners with autism and complex needs
  • Involvement with district LAUNCH and DCD programs, fostering inclusive strategies and comprehensive student support
  • Foster a welcoming, structured, and supportive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with other professionals and families to monitor and guide student progress
  • Implement and modify lessons to meet individual student IEP goals
