Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Strong knowledge of IEP process, documentation requirements, and progress monitoring
• Effective communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and assess Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and areas for growth
• Provide direct instruction in academic, social, and behavioral skills in accordance with students' IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation as required by district and legal guidelines
• Consult and coordinate with general education teachers, therapists, and ancillary support providers
• Foster a supportive and structured classroom climate that encourages participation and confidence
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
