Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance
  • Foster a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement
  • Consult and coordinate with general education teachers and instructional aides
  • Promote inclusion and advocate for students within the school community
  • Participate in parent meetings, school staff collaborations, and ongoing professional development
