Your Qualities and Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate with Special Education endorsement for middle school students
• Genuine dedication to supporting middle schoolers with autism in an inclusive learning setting
• Collaborative, flexible, and ready to adapt to new classroom techniques and environments
• Previous experience in special education, preferred but not strictly required
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Duties:

• Provide individualized support to middle school students in an autistic support classroom
• Execute and adapt IEPs, monitor progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment
• Engage with families and staff to promote student growth
• Commit to a full-time schedule: 7:15am - 2:45pm, Monday to Friday, through June 10, 2027
