Step into a rewarding opportunity shaping the ESY (Extended School Year) experience for elementary-aged students as a Special Education Teacher for the summer session. Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Current and valid CDE SSP licensure.
• Experience working with elementary students in special education settings.
• Familiarity with ESY programming or similar enrichment/support activities preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction based on IEP goals during Summer ESY.
• Develop engaging, individualized lesson plans tailored to student needs.
• Monitor student progress, adjusting instructional approaches as necessary.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success.
• Participate in any district-required onboarding processes and adhere to school policies.
