Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a school-based position in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Position Highlights

  • Provide specialized instruction and academic support to K5 students

  • Develop and implement individualized instruction based on student needs and IEP goals

  • Support students with a variety of learning, developmental, and behavioral needs

  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff

  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing student planning

Qualifications

  • New Mexico Special Education teaching license or appropriate credential required

  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred

  • Experience developing and implementing IEPs

  • Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to provide differentiated instruction and support diverse learning needs
