You'll primarily support West Elementary, working onsite and building meaningful relationships with students and staff. With a flexible part-time (0.4) schedule that runs August 17, 2026 through May 27, 2027, youll have time to explore, rejuvenate, and engage in new, enriching experiences during your downtime.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in social work or related field required
- Professional Educators License (PEL) required
- Prior school social work experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to in-person support only
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based social work services to students at West Elementary
- Advocate for students social, emotional, and academic needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to implement individualized student plans
- Facilitate and monitor intervention strategies
- Participate in school team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
