A K-12 school district in the Red Lion, PA area is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to support students across all grade levels during the 2025-2026 school year. This contract role involves working approximately 35 to 37.5 hours per week and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the districts existing social work team while managing referrals and connecting families to community resources.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing social, emotional, and behavioral support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Integrating with district social workers to address student needs effectively
• Coordinating referrals to community services and resources to enhance student well-being
• Collaborating with educators, families, and community partners to support student success
• Maintaining appropriate documentation and complying with school district and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Social Worker license is required
• Experience working in school settings is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to student advocacy and support
