What we're seeking:

• Knowledge of best practices and interventions for emotional support services
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to meet a range of student needs

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct emotional support and counseling to students grades K-4
• Conducting assessments and creating evidence-based support plans
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to foster student success
• Maintaining detailed and timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
• Providing crisis intervention and assistance as needed
