• Tech-savvy and open to providing services virtually if needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Fulfill a 37.5-hour workweek focusing on an elementary school caseload
• Deliver individualized counseling and interventions to students facing personal, emotional, or social challenges
• Provide consultation and resources for parents, teachers, and administrators, tailored to each students unique needs
• Develop and implement strategies that promote student social and emotional growth
• Document and monitor progress, maintaining clear and confidential records
