Key responsibilities:

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, offering guidance and advocacy for students with special needs
• Connect families to community resources and coordinate referrals to outside agencies
• Document interventions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school policies and confidentiality regulations
