What Were Looking For:
- CO SSW license (required)
- Previous school-based social work experience preferred
- Strong skills in mental health counseling, case management, and crisis intervention
- Ability to work independently with a diverse range of students
- Solid organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update 504 Plan cases, including conducting meetings and evaluations
- Deliver mental health counseling for students in the 504 caseload and at-risk/general population
- Support and conduct suicide/risk and threat assessments
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Foster strong relationships with students, families, and school staff
