This position seeks a dedicated Social Worker to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels within a school setting. The role focuses on providing essential social services that promote students' well-being, academic success, and emotional health in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' social and emotional needs and develop intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and external agencies to support student development
• Provide counseling services, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution
• Facilitate group and individual sessions to address behavioral and social challenges
• Advocate for students needs and connect families with community resources
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school policies and legal requirements

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Licensed Social Worker with experience in educational settings preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively with children and adolescents in elementary through high school
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and child welfare regulations
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external service providers
• Familiarity with school policies and student support programs
