Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan School Social Worker (SSW) licensure required
• Previous school-based experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work services to a caseload of approximately 15 students (split between general education and special education)

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to create student support strategies
• Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community resources
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school standards
• Advocate for students well-being within the school system
