Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and active School Psychologist license for Michigan
  • Proven experience supporting K-12 student populations
  • Skills in assessment, counseling, behavioral intervention, and IEP development
  • Ability to partner effectively with staff, families, and administrators
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on student evaluations and IEP planning
  • Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans to support academic and social-emotional growth
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to staff and families in clear, compassionate ways
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all federal, state, and district guidelines
