Essential Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker
• Experience supporting students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans
• Previous work in an educational or school-based setting highly preferred
