Key Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW credential required
  • Experience as a school-based social worker or strong interest in school settings
  • Ability to support students with diverse needs and backgrounds
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and building trust with students and families
  • Excellent communication skills for team-based and panel interview environments
  • Flexible and responsive to the needs of the school community

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support services to students, addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention plans
  • Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with all local and state guidelines
  • Meet students onsite for scheduled sessions, adapting approaches as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and offer insights on student well-being
