Desired Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Department of Education Special Services License with Social Worker endorsement
- Experience in schools, particularly with Special Education (SPED) populations
- Demonstrated ability to support students with affective and significant support needs
- Confidence in navigating IEP-based mental health services
- District contract packet completion prior to assignment start
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive mental health services to high school students
- Address affective and significant support needs for students (mild to moderate range)
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to ensure IEP service delivery
- Serve as a resource to campus staff and families, contributing to a supportive school culture
- Maintain thorough documentation according to district and regulatory standards
