A full-time opportunity is available for a School Social Worker serving students in grades 9 through 12 in Pecos, New Mexico. This role involves providing telehealth and on-site social work services, offering critical support to students facing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions through telehealth and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop intervention plans that support student well-being.
• Assess student needs and connect them with community resources and services.
• Address issues such as attendance, behavior, mental health, and crisis intervention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant state and district policies.
• Promote a safe and supportive school environment for all students.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Social Worker credential recognized in New Mexico.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings, especially with high school populations.
