Job Description

A licensed School Psychologist is needed for a school-based role in Taos, NM, supporting a high school caseload on a contract basis from ASAP through the end of the school year. This onsite hybrid position involves a 37.5-hour workweek, providing psychological services and interventions to support student well-being and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for high school students
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to address student needs
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans

Qualifications:

  • Current NM license as a School Psychologist is required
  • Experience working with adolescent populations in educational settings
  • Strong knowledge of psychological testing, assessment, and intervention strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
