Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Valid Illinois Social Worker (IL SW) license
• Experience providing social work services in a school or youth-focused setting
• Strong interpersonal and crisis intervention skills

• Solid organizational and documentation abilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments, develop intervention strategies, and participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed
• Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, or behavioral concerns
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support students success plans
• Maintain thorough case records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Respond to day-to-day needs and provide advocacy for students and their families
