Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work required
• Active Michigan state licensure as a Social Worker
• Demonstrated experience with K-12 student populations in school environments
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention expertise
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative mindset
• Capacity to partner closely with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Act as the 504 Plan Coordinator, ensuring plans are appropriately crafted and executed for student success
• Deliver individual and group social-emotional support and behavioral interventions
• Coordinate with administrators, educators, and families to facilitate student growth
• Participate actively in intervention planning, problem-solving, and data-based decision-making processes
• Offer crisis intervention and serve as a key resource for mental health support within the school
