Key Qualifications:
- Valid licensure to practice as a Social Worker
- Previous experience in a school, educational, or youth-focused setting

- Knowledge of crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and community resources
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support students emotional, behavioral, and social development through individualized and group interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies for student success
- Provide crisis intervention and support during urgent situations
- Connect families with community and mental health resources
- Participate in the creation and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school climate
