Desired Skills & Experience:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment
• Strong understanding of child/adolescent development and behavioral health
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in coordination with teachers, staff, and families
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and monitor progress
• Act as a liaison between the school, families, and community resources
• Lead or participate in prevention and crisis intervention activities
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school and legal guidelines
