• Experience conducting assessments and implementing interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support services, including counseling, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized student plans
• Assess student needs by gathering information from various sources, including records, staff input, and family consultations
• Advocate for students well-being, connecting them and their families with appropriate community resources
• Support positive behavioral interventions and foster a nurturing school climate
• Document all services and interventions in accordance with school district policies
