This contract opportunity offers two distinct assignments: one supporting K-12 students across multiple grade levels, and another focused solely on a high school caseload. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Social Worker license or certification
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Strong knowledge of counseling techniques, crisis intervention, and social-emotional development
• Ability to interpret and implement IEP goals and participate in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, adaptable, and culturally responsive in diverse educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social-emotional support and counseling to students individually and in groups
• Develop and implement intervention strategies addressing behavioral, academic, and emotional concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being
• Support students with disabilities by participating in IEP meetings and contributing to individualized plans
• Connect students and families with community resources and external agencies as needed
• Maintain confidential and accurate student records, case notes, and documentation per district and legal requirements
