Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-12 students as a contract-based, remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With four openings and a flexible caseload tailored for your strengths, youll work directly with students to support their social and emotional well-being throughout the school year. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive counseling services to K-12 students, individually or in group settings
  • Implementing social-emotional learning strategies and interventions
  • Supporting crisis management and developing plans to address student needs
  • Collaborating remotely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster holistic student development
  • Documenting and maintaining confidential records in accordance with school and ethical guidelines
  • Participating in virtual meetings and panel interviews to integrate seamlessly with the school team

Qualifications were seeking:

  • Current LCSW license in California (PPS not required)
  • Experience supporting K-12 students and understanding of school-based social work
  • Skilled in virtual service delivery and teletherapy best practices
  • Commitment to culturally responsive care and advocacy for diverse populations
  • Effective communicator accustomed to collaborating across school disciplines
