Job Description

A school-based social work position is available for licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) to support K-12 students. This contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health services in an educational setting, working with children and adolescents to promote their emotional well-being and academic success. The position is based in Santa Clara County, California, with a caseload tailored to best fit your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop support plans

  • Maintain accurate case documentation and comply with district policies

Qualifications:

  • Current and active LCSW license (PPS credential not required)

  • Caseload: One school assignment with up to 4 openings
