With four opportunities available, this engaging role is ideal for passionate LCSWs looking to make a difference for K-12 students. Youll be paired with a caseload and school assignment matched to your skills and interests, ensuring a rewarding and meaningful experience. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and balance, and starts as soon as possible, continuing through the end of the school year.
Youll join a welcoming, collaborative school environment that values its contractors highly and offers quick decisionstypically within just 2428 hours after interviewing. What were seeking:
- Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Current and valid LCSW license (PPS credential not required)
- Previous experience or strong interest working within K-12 school settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy or virtual service delivery, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support to students
- Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans
- Participating in IEP teams and student support meetings
- Working closely with one assigned school to build relationships and continuity
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with educational guidelines
- Contributing expertise and advocacy for student well-being
