A contract-to-hire opportunity is available for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to support K-12 students in a school setting in San Jose, CA. This position offers 30 hours per week and is set to begin as soon as possible through the end of the school year (CSY). Four openings are available, with caseloads assigned based on the best fit for students across one school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support and counseling for students across all grade levels (K-12)
• Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and community resources to address student social-emotional needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to assist students facing challenges
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
• Participate remotely in interviews and onboarding processes as required

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential; no Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential required
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse school communities
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally and ethically
