Key Qualifications:
- Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) credential required; PPS credential is not necessary
- Experience working in educational settings or with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to develop strong relationships with students, families, and educational staff
- Skilled communicator, adaptable in virtual settings
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable balancing priorities independently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Assess student needs and develop tailored interventions and support plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success
- Serve as a key point of contact for social-emotional resources and crisis intervention
- Document interactions and progress in accordance with district and regulatory standards
