Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Minnesota School Social Work license required
- Direct professional experience within a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide services to general education and special education (K-5) students

- Commitment to equity, cultural competency, and inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct social work services to students in general and special education
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to developmental needs
- Support crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and behavioral planning
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement student support plans
- Serve as an advocate for student well-being and connect families with community resources
- Maintain thorough and confidential records in accordance with school and state policies
