What Youll Bring:

• Valid and active Missouri LCSW license
• Experience in school social work; background supporting special education is highly desirable
• Familiarity with FMLA coverage and adapting to variable caseloads
• Comfortable working onsite in a school environment
• Willingness to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including signing technology forms and providing fingerprint documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a dedicated resource for students, with a focus on supporting their emotional, social, and academic growth
• Maintain communication with teachers, administrators, and student support teams
• Manage a dynamic, changing caseload across one or more school campuses in the Florissant or St. Louis areas
• Advocate for students well-being, participate in the IEP process, and help implement interventions for those with special needs
• Ensure compliance with district practices and timely completion of all required documentation
