Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Conduct assessments and connect students and families with community resources.
- Promote a positive school climate by addressing issues such as bullying, truancy, and mental health concerns.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success planning.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Social Worker license or certification.
