Two exciting opportunities are available: one position serves a dynamic K-12 population, while the other focuses exclusively on a high school caseload. What Youll Contribute:

• Valid state licensure as a School Social Worker (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support and behavioral intervention strategies
• Ability to develop effective relationships with students, staff, and families
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 Plans, and compliance standards in educational settings

What Youll Do:

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support student mental health
• Conduct assessments and participate in team meetings to determine student needs
• Coordinate services and referrals between the school, home, and community agencies
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to implement interventions and support plans
• Advocate for students and families to ensure access to resources and educational opportunities
• Maintain timely records and support compliance with relevant policies and procedures
