Qualifications:

• Current Illinois SSW license with Professional Educator License (PEL) REQUIRED
• Experience providing social work services in a K-8 setting preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling to students in grades K-8
• Conduct evaluations and administer standardized testing as needed
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff on student plans
• Maintain confidential student records
• Serve as a resource for students, families, and teachers
