This contract position runs through June 2027, offering you the chance to make a significant difference across multiple school sites. Youll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

In this engaging role, youll have a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Each day, you will serve a different school, using your clinical and educational expertise to address students diverse needs. This dynamic environment is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the impact that comes from working closely with students, families, and school staff.

Qualifications:

• Active MI LLMSW or LMSW required
• Preliminary or professional School Social Worker (SSW) certificationmust have prior to start
• Previous experience working with school-age children, preferably within K-8 settings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive working independently across multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to K-8 students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Support students social-emotional learning and crisis response needs
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Travel between designated school sites as scheduled
