Located in Rochester, MI, this contract position offers an opportunity to provide essential social work services within a K-12 school setting for the current school year. The role requires serving both General Education and Special Education students, delivering social-emotional support, and behavior interventions. Additionally, you will act as the 504 Plan Coordinator, collaborating closely with staff, families, and administrators to support student success.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and group social work services to students
• Coordinating and implementing 504 Plans to ensure compliance and support
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and school leaders to address student needs
• Conducting clinical assessments and developing intervention strategies
• Supporting behavior management and fostering a positive school environment

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work
• Michigan state licensure as a Social Worker
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
