Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Active and current LCSW required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration aptitude
• Ability to work effectively with a caseload of approximately 40 students
• Commitment to providing on-site support as required
• Flexibility and adaptability in addressing a range of student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students referred for social work services and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote students well-being and academic success
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to professional and ethical standards
• Support students with a variety of needs for the duration of the academic year, working approximately 15-20 hours per week
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute valuable input on student progress
